A few weeks ago, when Vicky posted about starting a blogger’s mini health kick, I looked down at my ever expanding waistline and decided to put my name down.
Every Monday, for the next month, I’m going to post about my healthy and not so healthy achievements for that week. Generally, I want to stop eating so many unhealthy snacks and get more active, as my fitness levels are appalling. Even if I completely fail for the first few weeks, I think the act of writing down my bad habits, in public, will spur me on to change my ways!
So that’s me. Any ideas to help a greedy, lazy blogger are greatly appreciated.
