True blue

This is a really old FOTD that I found on my camera (my hair is so short!) but I re-did it last week so I thought I’d post it.

This is identical to my green hornet look, but using blue instead of green. I also used a blue mascara from Collection 2000 instead of black. Click the link to find out more on how the look was created.
